Pritchardia perlmanii, the Wai'oli Valley pritchardia, is a species of palm tree that is endemic to the island of Kauaʻi in Hawaii, United States. It inhabits lowland mesic forests in the Waiʻoli Valley at an elevation of 420–850 m (1,380–2,790 ft). P. perlmanii reaches a height of 10 m (33 ft) and a trunk diameter of 30 cm (12 in).
